CRM automation pricing: build once, then choose your support
The CRM is free with any Limon Tree service. Pay once for the build, then run it yourself or add monthly support. All prices CAD; GST applies to Limon Tree fees.
Support plans have a three-month minimum, then run month to month. Ad spend and one-time builds are never discounted.
- CRM Automation build — $1,000 one-time: onboarding form, CRM set-up, 6–8 starter automations, a how-to guide and one training call (about 10–14 hours of work)
- Automation Growth build — $1,500 one-time: up to about 20 automations, forms and lead sources connected, a sales pipeline, email and text templates and two training calls (about 22–30 hours)
- Automation Custom build — from $2,500, quoted: 30+ automations, online store flows, AI receptionist or AI employee set-up, data import and clean-up (40+ hours)
- Monthly support — Care $249 (fixes, small edits, a monthly check-in) · Growth $500 (one new automation a month, quarterly review) · Managed $1,000 (done-for-you tuning, campaigns, pipeline clean-up and AI tuning)
- Bundle and save — 10% off monthly Limon Tree fees for 2 services, 15% for 3, 20% for 4 or more. CRM automation counts as a service.
Questions before you book
Is the CRM really free?
Yes. The CRM is included with any Limon Tree service and stays included while you're an active client. What you pay for is the automation build (one-time) and, if you want it, monthly support — both priced above.
We already use another CRM. Can you work with that?
We import your contacts from your old CRM, spreadsheets, Gmail or Outlook, then rebuild your follow-up as automations in the free CRM so nothing is lost and nothing has to be done twice.
Will my team actually use it?
Your team gets a training call and a how-to guide, and most automations run without anyone touching them. Day to day, your team sees one inbox and a pipeline that updates itself.
Will automated messages sound robotic?
No. Every email and text is written in your voice and you approve it before it goes live. Replies from customers go straight to a real person on your team.
Am I locked into a contract?
The build is a one-time fee. Support plans have a three-month minimum and then run month to month, and you can run the automations yourself without a support plan at all.
What happens after I send the form?
We contact you within one business day to book your 30-minute call. After the call we send your written Automation Map, and you decide whether to go ahead.
